Know where your work goes.
This describes the current workflow. It does not replace the operator’s privacy notice or legal terms for a hosted service.
Your account and saved work
Your name, email and account creation date are saved with your account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Saved audits include ad copy, available transcripts, extracted page text, findings and recommendations. Generated pages include their content and HTML. Original ad uploads are not included in saved audit records.
AI processing
In local Ollama mode, analysis is processed by the configured local model service. If the operator switches to Anthropic, relevant creative content, image or video frames, transcripts and destination-page text are sent to that provider. The audit screen displays the configured AI provider. Do not upload confidential material without the necessary rights and authorization.
Access and retention
Account access is checked before loading saved results, private previews and exports. If you explicitly publish a page, its saved HTML becomes accessible without signing in until you unpublish it. Domain settings store the requested hostname and its verification state. The server operator can access stored files and backups. Saved work remains until you delete it. In account settings you can permanently delete your account with all audits, generated pages, publications and their statistics, experiments, brand rules and store connections. Copies in server backups are removed when those backups expire under the operator’s backup schedule. Invoices and payment records stay with Stripe, as billing law requires.
Cookies, page analytics and external resources
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Published pages record each view without analytics cookies and without storing IP addresses: source (UTM, ad click ID present, referring host), device class, scroll depth, active time and clicked button. A visitor is counted once per page and day through a hash with a daily changing key that is deleted afterwards, so visitors can't be linked across days or pages. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control get no recognition hash. Signed-in team members viewing their own pages are not counted. When a visitor clicks through to the shop, the link carries a random visit ID (utm_term) so the shop order can be credited to the visit's source; it identifies the visit, not the person. Visit records are deleted after 180 days, daily totals after 90 days. Server access logs are managed separately by the operator. This app does not add advertising pixels. Generated pages can load brand images or fonts from external sites, which receive the normal network request. Downloaded HTML may also reference these resources.
SEO content research
The SEO studio stores your brand context, keyword queue, research sources, bounded source excerpts and article drafts. Automatic research sends target keywords to the configured SearXNG service and its search engines, and visits public reference pages. Relevant brand context and research are processed by your selected AI provider. Drafts stay private until the designated publisher publishes them or enables automatic publication. Published guides are public and enter the sitemap. SEO data is included in workspace exports and removed on account deletion. Search engines and other visitors can retain copies of previously public pages.
Take your work with you
Account settings include a JSON export of your saved work and account profile. Password hashes and session credentials are excluded. Keep downloaded files private; exports do not encrypt the contents.
