Terms of service
1. Scope
The operator of this instance hasn’t published their contact details yet. Until they do, please don’t enter personal data you aren’t comfortable sharing with an unidentified operator.
Hookpair is offered exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB, not to consumers. By signing up you confirm that you use it for commercial or professional purposes.
2. The service
Hookpair analyses paid ads and their landing pages, scores how well they match, and generates landing-page drafts, exports and optional publications. Features may change as the product develops. We provide the service without a guaranteed availability level.
3. AI results and your responsibility
Analyses and pages are produced automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. You review every result before you use, publish or advertise with it. You are responsible for the claims, prices, offers and legal statements on pages you publish, and for complying with advertising and consumer protection law and platform policies.
You may only upload ads and submit pages you are entitled to use. You keep all rights to your content and grant us the rights needed to process it for you. Generated drafts are yours to use.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Hookpair for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to probe or overload our systems or third-party websites, or to share your account. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these rules.
5. Plans, payment and cancellation
Hookpair is currently offered free of charge. Paid plans will only apply after you actively choose one.
6. Ending the contract
You can delete your account at any time in account settings; active subscriptions must be cancelled first. We may end free accounts with 30 days’ notice and paid accounts at the end of a billing period, or immediately for good cause.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this type of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded. In any case it is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the damage occurred, insofar as legally permissible.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example content of your ads), we do so only to provide the service.
9. Changes and final provisions
We may update these terms with at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you don’t object before they take effect, the new terms apply; we will point this out in the notice. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, the courts at our registered office have jurisdiction. Should a provision be invalid, the rest remain effective.
